Our fiscal membership year is from July 1st, 2021 to June 30th, 2022.
(This form is for those joining mid year until June 30, 2022.)

Membership dues are to be paid in full by May 1st of current year.

Please note: If you join from January on, your membership is valid until June 30th, 2022 and the dues reflected in this form are prorated accordingly.

We would like to invite you into our home and center for Jewish life as you connect to your roots, discover Judaism and meet new friends.

It is our policy that:

*Tzadakah commitments are tax-deductible and non-refundable.

* No one will be turned down as a member for financial reasons.

If you cannot afford the level of full membership please fill out the
Special membership Request Form (in addition to this form).

This membership form has been carefully designed to provide information that will help us respond to the needs of our members.

Your complete personal information and informing us of your/your family's life events throughout the year allows us to better serve you (e.g., Bar/t Mitzvah, marriage, child's birth, illness, death, etc.).

Additional amounts are: Building fund ($200) and scrip deposit ($25).
